Czech POINT agenda

A notary issues and produces all extracts printouts from the Czech POINT system, and also from the Information system of public administration. By integrating into the Czech POINT system, established by the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic, a notary stands abreast with Czech-POINT workplaces, counters of the Czech Post, and offices of the Czech Chamber of Commerce, with efforts to meet as far as possible the needs of applicants for extracts from various electronic databases. It is important for the purposes of notarial agenda to produce extracts from the Property and Land Registry (Real Estate Cadastre) and certificates from the Commercial Register. The extracts from Trade (Licences) Register and Criminal Records (Crimes Register) are not required so frequently. The system can produce also extracts from the Central Drivers Register and Information System of Public Tenders.
